The Stormrunner Fleece is composed of 69% recycled polyester. We use high-grade recycled polyester made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic like rPET (a form of recyclable plastic commonly found in single-use bottles and containers) to reduce the impact of our apparel without sacrificing on performance, durability or comfort.

Stormrunner Fleece is also bluesign® and OEKO-TEX® certified meaning it is free from harmful chemicals and is fabricated in a way that meets a high environmental standard.

Good wind resistance, limited warmth

I love how this cut down the wind I felt on a recent run. I expected the fleece to be thicker/warmer when I bought it. Definitely plan to use it and will report back on windless winter days

Not as described

I received my Stormrunner Neckwarmer to find it had a significantly different design than shown in the product images. Instead of the "contoured shaping along the top", the cut goes straight across. After contacting Janji customer service, I learned this was an intended design change. The product image has still not been updated more than a month later.

Personally, I found this altered design makes it difficult to cover my nose sufficiently without it also creeping into the lower edges of my eyes. It also doesn't seem possible to get "a snug fit over the ears when pulled up" either - covering my ears means also covering my eyes completely or pressing uncomfortably the tip of my nose.

I will say, if you only need to cover your mouth/neck or have some other intended use for it, it definitely is warm!

Almost…

I like it, and use it for cold runs to keep the nose and lips from completely falling off. My only gripe is the material tends to restrict breathing significantly, to the point of it sucking into your mouth as you heavy breath. Still use it though.
