Excellent quality but surprised to read expect shrinkage

This product appears to be excellent quality. I’m a rather slim 6’2”. It fits perfect but if it shrinks at all it will be too small. Subsequently I’ve ordered a large to compare.

Shrinkage concern

I'm 5'-9" (w/a strong updraft), 150 lb.+, fit. The Silver Needle RMTLS fit a little too good. I understand there is shrinkage potential, apparently simply from washing item in cold water alone. I take great care of my running gear - washed cold, gentle, never sees a dryer. Possible rating upgrade for you post launder.

Lightweight and soft

Hard to. Believe this is wool- it’s so soft and almost silky feeling. Purchased for my husband as gift.

Merino tech shirt men’s size XL

Since purchasing a lot of new Janji clothing, I’ll start by saying the bottoms have been great. I’m the tights are the best fit by far. The tech pants,
Transit pants and the mercury pants are amazing. The tops however are a miss for those of us with bigger shoulders/chest. Granted, most runners fitting into a size L or XL are doing it because of their height, but not all of us are thin runners. I am 5’11 and 195lbs. The merino tech long sleeve shirt is too tight across my shoulders and chest and seems to ride up while I run around my waist. I also have the rover hoodie and same issue. While the material is comfortable, the fit is a miss. I’ll have to stick with other brands for tops. I even purchased the running jacket in hops for a better fit but generally speaking it’s a miss on tops.
