Color bleed, especially with darker colored nylon/spandex blends, is common and could stain light colored garments if washed together.

Groundwork Knit is made using a premium grade nylon that has a significantly tighter woven filament than standard synthetics. Tighter filaments mean less microfiber shedding in the wash-cycle, plus greater durability of the garment (longer lifespan, more wearing).

A running essential

I set out to solve 2 problems: storage and chaffing. These shorts were the solution.

Feel great on and aren’t too revealing. Plenty of storage for race day days gels, plus, they don’t rattle around like they did in my other shorts.

Resolved my thigh chaffing issues. For me, these do chafe on occasion. There’s a thick seam which sits right on my manhood - that’s the culprit. Applying plenty of anti-chafe to the area and directly to the seam sorts it. If it wasn’t for this, I’d have said 5 stars.

Finally managed to order these after being out if stock for months. Well worth the wait - a quality product that is super comfortable to wear. Multiple pockets provide a range of storage options which are not available on other brands. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!
