We have relaxed the body and slightly lengthened the sleeves of this top to accommodate for some shrinkage which may occur in the wash cycle since Runterra is made from a majority natural fiber.

Avoid washing and drying with high heat.

Spot clean + save energy
For small stuff, like tail splatter on the back hem, try spot cleaning your Zephyr Runner in the sink with a soft washcloth or rag instead of machine washing which consumes a ton of energy and water.

Color bleed, especially with darker colored nylon/spandex blends, is common and could stain light colored garments if washed together.

Heads up — AFO-Vent may feel stiffer than you're used to

This fabric is more structured so that it won't ride up or pill from lots of use. Expect it to soften as you sweat throughout the run.
