If a Janji product rips, tears, or breaks within five years due to any defect in workmanship or material, we promise to repair it, replace it, or give you store credit for it.
The obligatory fine print:
Our Run Everywhere Guarantee gives you the assurance and peace of mind to wear your Janji gear anywhere and everywhere. We are continually working on making the most durable, sustainable, and responsibly made running essentials that we can so that you can explore more, go further, and Run Everywhere in them.
Damages due to normal wear and tear — or from misuse, neglect, or mistreatment — are not subject to the Run Everywhere Guarantee and will not be replaced, open to our review and discretion.
If you find that your Janji gear has suffered from a defect, poor construction, or an issue on our end, please email email@example.com to initiate the process. All repairs, replacements, and credits are subject to examination from our quality control team. We will work as quickly as we can to resolve your gear issue and get you back out there but please note the turnaround for a repair, replacement, or credit is about 10 business days after it hits our warehouse — so hang with us!
If your gear can not be repaired and we have sold out of your size or style — which can happen as Janji gear is limited run — store credit or an alternate product(s) will be offered in its place.
