Please ensure your order ID is on all Janji returns.

UK Returns & Exchanges:

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start'
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
• If you want to exchange an item just let us know what you'd like to exchange for in the comments section.
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. If your order is outside of this 30 day period please email us on uk@janji.com.

• They must be in original condition
• The label must still be attached
• Our team would be very grateful if it was in the original packaging

For returns outside of 30 days we can offer free exchanges or store credit. 

Are there any charges for return?

• There is no charge for product exchanges or refunds
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
