Comfy from the first wear

I decided to give these 2 in 1 shorts a try after not being able to find a comfy size option with the 'M's 7" Multi Short 2-in-1' by Janji. I was worried I would have the same tight fit issues with buying a medium but I was pleasantly surprised that these are a perfect medium fit! The liner is very comfy and fits just right, not too tight, not too baggy. The zipped pockets are really handy and there are also some smaller stash pockets closer to the waistband on each side, plus a really good key storage inner pocket with a mini carabiner clip. I would definitely recommend. Janji - can you please, please, please do these in your new brown/carob colourway, I would definitely buy them. thanks.

Bad fit, slow returns, no communication

After measuring my waist at exactly 32” I ordered the M, as advised by the size guide. I usually wear a small in other brands. Big mistake, they were way too big. Falling off me while running, chafing, obviously the wrong size.

I organised an exchange through their web site and sent them back, hoping it would be a quick process. I haven’t heard a single thing from Janji since shipping them back nearly 2 weeks ago. Customer service said they’d “highlight it with the warehouse” but nothing has happened.

Janji has such a good reputation, I’m very disappointed in the quality of the product and the after sales service for such a premium priced product. I can’t recommend this brand.
