Lovely 2 in 1 shorts

Lovely fabrics, and as always, a great range of colours. The inner liner is nicely compressive without being too tight. It's great to have the phone pockets on the inner legs, so no bouncing.

Loved these shorts but could not find the right size

I had seen a few reviews about sizing for these shorts already but decided to get them in my usual size. I’m a classic slim fit medium. Unfortunately they were a little too tight on the waist and the inner lining also just felt a little too close fitting around the seat area compared to my other 2 in 1 shorts. So I exchanged them for a large but sadly the inner liner on the large were too baggy on my thighs. The shorts themselves fitted better around the waist though. So sadly I’ve sent those back as well and will try the 5” 2 in 1 shorts instead as they’re based on the AFO middle short and I have a few of those in medium already so hoping they will fit better. I’m gutted as I loved these shorts. Especially in the new dark brown colourway.

Some cons, but great overall.

I have now had a handful of outdoor runs in the 2in1s. I ordered the M size which is my regular size and sometimes even a bit big, but with Janji it barely fits, not uncomfortable but right on the edge, longer runs leave some marks of pressure. So double check the measurements. I don't know if it is me, but the seam between the legs is noticeable during longer runs 20k+ and gets annoying the longer I go. I've yet to test the phone pocket, but key one works just fine. However, after this purchase I'm still looking for those perfect 2in1 shorts for trail running unfortunately. Good but not the best.

Pockets perfect, sizing very small, chafe cream a must

Best pockets/ storage of any shorts I've tried. But they definitely come up very small versus other brands, which is a bit disappointing/ annoying. Chafe cream is absolutely required downstairs, but once used they are comfy. Aesthetically okay but the tights are longer than the short, which looks a bit weird; would look far more natural for the short to be longer than the tight. Overall okay; I might try again (just because the storage is so good, and that really matters to me) but going up a size, although here in UK we seem to only get a fraction of the stock and colour options etc. they get in the States.

Love the concept

I absolutely love the 2-in-1, but k find the phone pockets a bit to loose, and there definitely is chafing under my "jewels", even with chafing cream. So maybe try to get the seam on the tights moved a bit further back to avoid chafing
