Most comfortable but not entirely waterproof

It is by far the most comfortable rain jacket I ever owned, so well made, super light and soft as far as waterproofs go, cut to precision, excellent sizing. The waterproofing, however, not 100%. I wore it in a rainy hike yesterday, the rain was light but steady for about 3 hours, and the underneath clothes were slightly wet in cuffs, top of the hood and at the front. No jacket will ever be perfect, but this one is good, and may be just enough for a short-ish run.
