W's 5" Pace Short

I've only worn them a few times (totalling maybe 10 -12hours) but these are currently my favourite shorts. They went on sale a week after I bought them so I went back and got a 2nd pair in another colour. I like the side pockets. Whilst some people might prefer a zip on the back pocket it feels secure to me and also means they're comfortable to lie down on if you want to use them at a gym, etc. Plus zips break! I'm a large woman so most people's advice to get shorts that don't ride up is get long ones but I much prefer something shorter. I read a review of a shorter pair saying they rode up so went for 5" and I've had no rolling up at all, having worn them for up to 5 hours runs. My waist is a XXL on their chart but my hips are a L so I went for XL and they fit fine. They are in one piece after having to go through some brambles too so don't snag easily. The only thing that could be improved is that I can feel the logo on the back of the short and at first it felt almost a bit itchy and irritating, although there's no actual irritation when I take them off and look at my skin. I've got used to it but if I had the choice I'd remove it or use a different material. I can't attest to their longevity but I inspected them carefully when they arrived and they look well made and I can't see why they won't last (and they have the 5 year guarantee for issues, although it's more how long with wear and tear will they last). I love that you can return them to be repurposed or recycled at the end of their life and have got the £25 membership as I anticipate using Janji a lot more in the future!

These shorts are fantastic. The fit is perfect and comfortable and I love the grippers to ensure they stay in place. I've worn these shorts for everything from track running to mountain running and they have performed well for everything. The pockets are AMAZING! I can easily store my phone in there without it moving around and honestly I forgot its there! Already bought another pair!

Another shout out for the massive pockets. I can now run without a pack. The pockets are big enough for an iPhone, even a small drone! Gels, keys etc. the fit is lovely and I like that the shorts don’t ride up the leg. I would love to see this short in other colours and perhaps maybe thinner material for hot weather?

I wish I had discovered these years ago. the leg grippers, the flattering fabric and cut make my butt look amazing! I haven't even run in them and I know they are going to be a favorite because they feel so good.

great shorts w lots of pockets

These shorts are great. It looks amazing, it is very comfortable and stays in place during the run. I was looking for shorts with pockets (to put my phone and gels), and I am happy I chose these.

Flattering, doesn't ride up, very lightweight and comfortable material, good side pockets, useful back pocket. All around amazing!

Pockets are deep and really nice - shorts are comfy, perfect length at 5” and don’t ride up or fall down. Love

Love the fit and the pockets. Sizing is accurate. I’m just waiting for more in my size to be restocked…one pair isn’t enough
